Stress-Less-Eyes Session on July 2nd

We’re getting close to the next round of Stress-Less-Eyes a 30-minute guided session that gives screen-tired eyes the rest they deserve.

🗓️ Every first Wednesday
🕒 3 PM Boston

A mix of gentle eye movements, neck release, and mindful reset.

Prolonged screen time can lead to eye strain, headaches, and even blurred vision! That's why it's crucial to give your eyes a break every now and then. Our Stress-Less-Eyes session is a perfect opportunity to do just that.

It's a mix of gentle eye movements, neck release, and mindful reset. These exercises are designed to help you feel a noticeable shift in your comfort and vision clarity.

Stress-Less-Eyes moves to Tuesdays in 2026 👁️
  Just a quick note to let you know that starting in 2026, our Stress-Less-Eyes sessions will take place on the first Tuesday of each month instead of the first Wednesday. First session on Tuesday, 6th January, 2 PM EDT Same time. Same intention.Just a small shift in the calendar. Looking forward to continuing this eye-care ritual with you,Sabine 👁️🌿
