Give Your Eyes a Real Break

Hi EYEFIT-Yoga friends,

After a long day at the screen, our eyes often feel tired, dry, and tense.
My Stress-Less-Eyes session is an invitation to pause for 30 relaxing minutes and give your eyes a real break.

No exercises.
No workout.

Just simple, pleasant movements and eye practices that immediately create a feeling of ease and freshness.

In my experience, everything in the body is connected.
When the eyes begin to relax, the mind follows.
And when the mind receives the signal that it is safe to relax, the body follows too.

That’s why my eye relaxation sessions are designed not only for the eyes.
As the eyes soften and regain movement, tension in the neck, shoulders, jaw, and back releases naturally as well.

Stress-Less-Eyes shows how naturally comfortable and relaxed the eyes can feel with small, easy practices that fit into everyday life.

Stress-Less-Eyes moves to Tuesdays in 2026 👁️
  Just a quick note to let you know that starting in 2026, our Stress-Less-Eyes sessions will take place on the first Tuesday of each month instead of the first Wednesday. First session on Tuesday, 6th January, 2 PM EDT Same time. Same intention.Just a small shift in the calendar. Looking forward to continuing this eye-care ritual with you,Sabine 👁️🌿
