After a long day at the screen, our eyes often feel tired, dry, and tense.My Stress-Less-Eyes session is an invitation to pause for 30 relaxing minutes and give your eyes a real break.
No exercises.No workout.
Just simple, pleasant movements and eye practices that immediately create a feeling of ease and freshness.
In my experience, everything in the body is connected....
Just a quick note to let you know that starting in 2026, our Stress-Less-Eyes sessions will take place on the first Tuesday of each month instead of the first Wednesday.
First session on Tuesday, 6th January, 2 PM EDT
Same time. Same intention.Just a small shift in the calendar.
