You will experience:
With a small group of participants you will do 30 minutes of exercises to relax and strengthen your eyes.
And your head, neck and mind will be relaxed at the same time.
When you arrive there is time to report how you and your eyes are doing. I use this as a guide and decide which exercises we will do. Exercises vary, but some exercises come back again and again.
There is always a lot of relaxation for the eyes. The most important relaxation exercise is palming. The palms are rubbed warm and placed on the eyes. The heat relaxes muscles and is a break from visual input to the eyes and brain.
You will also experience about how vision works and how important eye muscle mobility is for good vision.
And, there are holes in the hand to see through - you'll discover how that happens on Wednesday.
